How will digital products be delivered?
Gumroad will initially handle checkout, receipts, applicable tax processing, secure file delivery, discounts, product updates, and eligible bundles.
Where will books and workbooks be sold?
Eligible print, Kindle, workbook, and reference publications will be sold through Amazon. The King Holdings storefront will provide the detailed product-information page before directing customers to Amazon.
Can I share purchased files with my team?
Only when the acquired license includes the relevant team or organizational rights. An individual license does not authorize uncontrolled team or enterprise distribution.
Can consultants use the products with clients?
Not under an individual or ordinary internal-use license. Consulting, advisory, training, client delivery, managed services, and other revenue-generating uses require explicit commercial rights.
Can the materials be loaded into an AI system?
Not unless the applicable agreement expressly permits that use. Model training, retrieval, embeddings, automated knowledge bases, and similar workflows are prohibited by default.
Will customers receive updates?
Update eligibility will be defined by product version, purchase channel, and the applicable update policy. Gumroad may be used to distribute eligible product updates.
What is the refund policy?
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the conventional sense, refunds are generally limited. The final policy will identify exceptions for duplicate purchases, material delivery failures, or other required circumstances.
Does the suite guarantee compliance or performance outcomes?
No. The products provide professional frameworks and implementation tools but cannot guarantee legal, compliance, security, audit, operational, or business results.
How do I request enterprise licensing or permissions?
