Standard grant
Unless a different license is purchased, licensed materials are provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for the named licensee’s permitted personal or controlled internal organizational use.
Rights not granted
- Ownership of the materials or underlying intellectual property
- Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public posting
- Consulting, advisory, training, client delivery, or managed-service use
- AI/LLM training, retrieval, embedding, automation, or knowledge-base ingestion
- Uncontrolled enterprise-wide distribution
Template modifications
Editable templates may be modified only within the acquired license scope. Derivative materials remain subject to the applicable copyright, attribution, distribution, commercial-use, and AI-use restrictions.
Version binding
Rights are bound to the purchased product version and the license documents applicable to that release. Updated terms generally apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise or the licensee accepts a newer version.
Termination
A material breach may terminate the license. Upon termination, all use must cease and controlled copies must be deleted or destroyed as required by the agreement.
