Controlled rights of use

A license grants permission to use the IP. It does not transfer ownership.

Licensing is structured around who will use the materials, how widely they will be distributed, whether they support external clients, and whether they are embedded in a commercial service.

License levels

Select rights that match the intended use.

Final license terms are governed by the applicable product EULA, intellectual-property agreement, version policy, and any negotiated commercial addendum.

No uncontrolled redistribution or resale

Purchased materials may not be posted publicly, resold, transferred, or placed in unrestricted organizational repositories. Distribution must remain within the scope of the acquired license.

Commercial use requires explicit rights

Consulting, advisory, client delivery, training, certification, managed services, and inclusion in paid offerings require a commercial or consultant license.

No AI/LLM ingestion without express permission

Licensed materials may not be used for model training, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, automated knowledge bases, or similar AI and automation systems unless the agreement expressly permits that use.

Internal derivative works remain controlled

Templates may be modified for permitted internal use. Modifications do not eliminate copyright, licensing, attribution, distribution, or commercial-use restrictions.
